We’ve just finished our latest surf coaching weekend with 22 amazing females of all different ages and abilities.

We hosted another weekend in Newquay, Cornwall with Newquay Activity Centre, sponsored by Rip Curl. We were super lucky with sunny and fun conditions. We started our weekend by setting some goals and working out what we wanted to achieve by the end of the weekend. This way the girls can practice their new techniques out in the water.

At lunch time we went over our photo and video analysis, this is a great time for the girls to ask us some Q&As about all things surfing. For example, how to read a surf forecast or understand the tide time table.

We spent the whole day surfing which means we built up a super hearty appetite for our evening meal at The Stable on Fistral Beach and we made it just in time for a beautiful sunset! This is a great time for the girls to get to know each other better, share some stories and really enjoy the evening with a few drinks.

On the Sunday we had headed over to Fistral beach where the surf was a slightly bigger and the girls could experience somewhere new and enjoy some fun waves, we could really feel a lovely atmosphere at this point where the girls all support were supporting each other and cheering every wave.

At the end of the weekend we gave out our prizes from the weekend sponsor Rip Curl. Stephanie was lucky to go home with a new wetsuit!
