Beginner Surfers

For ladies who have never surfed or are still mastering the white water.

Here are a few of the things you can expect to learn:

  • Basic ocean safety and identifying rip currents
  • Bodysurfing to build confidence
  • Handling and controlling the board
  • Catching broken waves + turning
  • Getting to your feet (and staying up!)
  • Working on your pop-up and taking off
  • Body positioning on the board
  • Stalling and accelerating
  • Basic paddling techniques

Plus all the theory you need as a beginner surfer!

Progressor Surfers

For ladies who are standing 9/10 times in the white water or are surfing small green waves.

Here are a few of the things you can expect to learn:

  • Assessing the surf conditions to spot the best waves and paddle-out zones
  • Paddling outback with turtle rolls and better timing
  • Reading the ocean
  • Catching green waves + turning
  • Selecting the best waves from a set
  • Handling crowded lineups
  • Perfecting your paddle technique
  • Dealing with steeper takeoffs
  • Pop up progression

Plus all the theory you need as a progressor surfer!

Intermediate Surfers

For ladies who are comfortably surfing outback and catching green waves independently.

Here are a few of the things you can expect to learn:

  • Bottom and top turns
  • Drawing clean lines both frontside and backhand
  • Positioning in the line-up
  • Check turns and re-entries
  • Generating speed with compression and extension
  • Pumping and S-turns
  • Angled takeoffs
  • Surfing bigger waves
  • Getting outback on bigger days
