Women and Waves Social

INTRODUCING THE WOMEN + WAVES SURF CLUB SOCIAL NIGHTS!

What?

Our monthly Surf Club Social Nights!

Where?

Oceanside Hotel in Newquay!

When?

5pm on Wednesday 16th June!

Who?

Water women of all ages and abilities!

Have you ever rocked up to a new surf spot, wishing you had some surf sisters to paddle out with?

Well, that’s why we started Women + Waves in the first place – to connect water women of all ages and abilities through the joy of surfing.

For those of you who have been surfing with us since the start, you’ll know that Women + Waves was born out of a desire to create a supportive surf community to encourage more women to get in the water.

We’ve come a long way since our humble beginnings back in 2017. Creating a rad community of water women, taking you with us around the world and going global with our Women + Waves x H&M clothing range have been just a few highlights from the past 4 years. And now, we’re taking it back to where it all began…

Join us as we return to our roots with our monthly Surf Club Social Nights! It’s a chance to get in the sea, mingle with like-minded women, share some laughs and tuck into some tasty post-surf food.

HERE’S THE LOWDOWN…

Each month we’ll be meeting at Oceanside Hotel on Headland Road in Newquay. We’ll head down to the beach together for a free surf, bodyboard, swim or whatever water activity floats your boat! A delicious meal will be waiting for us when we get back to Oceanside, where you can froth out about the waves you had and just how good it feels to jump in the sea together.

Whether you’re still gaining confidence in the waves or you’re a seasoned pro, all abilities and ages are welcome (from 8 years up). So bring your mum, grandma, sister, aunt, daughter or gal pals for a night of surf, stoke and top-notch food!

Every month there will be a different theme, from pizza night and paella on the terrace to sunset BBQs on the beach. We will also be choosing a different charity for each event that you can help support with an optional donation. Charities such as the RNLI, Surfers Against Sewage, RSPCA, The Seal Sanctuary and many more will feature on the monthly events.

    Hey.
I am booked in for the surf social on Wednesday. Can I park at the hotel? I guess we all meet, order grub and then get changed?
